Tom Higham and Beth Bate

Tom and Beth managed the ~Flow associated programme.

Beth Bate and Tom Higham curate and produce ~Flow's creative programme. Beth is Director of Great North Run Culture, Co-Director of Press Play and Chair of the Board for Wunderbar Festival, and has freelanced for a wide range of organisations including Design Event, AV Festival, Baltic and Arts Council England. Tom is Co-Director of Modular, an organisation that focuses on creation, programming and production of interdisciplinary artworks and events. He is Administrative Director of Wunderbar Festival and a Co-Director of Press Play. In the past he has run projects for AV Festival, Tyneside Cinema and Northern Lights Film Festival, among others.

Tom is currently producer for the FutureEverything Festival.
